Beauty recipes with green clay

Face and body masks
Mix 3 teaspoons of clay and 3 teaspoons of water until a fairly dense paste is obtained. Apply on skin and leave for 10-15 minutes. Do not allow to dry completely. Then rinse with warm water.

You can use herbal tea or hydrolates instead of water. You can add cucumber juice, honey or lemon juice to the mask. Such a mask is especially useful for oily and acne prone skin.

The mask can be enriched with 4-7 drops of carrier or 1-2 drops of essential oil. For mature skin it is useful to mix green clay with rosehip or argan oil, and for oily and acne-prone skin, black cumin or kiwi seed oil.

Anti-cellulite treatment
3-4 teaspoons of clay mix with water and apply on problem areas, wrap in foil and towel. Leave the mask on the body for about 40 minutes.

Bath
Pour half a cup of clay into a warm water bath. Immerse the body in the bath for about 20 minutes. When finished, wash the clay off the body under running water.

Hair mask
Mix the clay with water until a solid paste is obtained. Apply the paste on the hair and scalp and massage well for a few minutes. Then rinse your hair with water. These procedures protect against hair oiliness.
