Tonka bean absolute

Ingredients: ethanol, dipteryx odorata bean extract (40% tonka bean absolute solution in alcohol).

Origin: Spain.

Essential oil quality certificates: COSMOS APPROVED “Ecocert raw materials” (ecological and natural cosmetics), MyClimate (100% sustainability, environmentally neutral production process).

Method of extraction: the absolute is obtained by extraction from the beans of cumaru (known as tonka beans) Dipteryx odorata.

Aroma: very intense, caramel, with a wonderful combination of vanilla, cinnamon and amaretto notes, sweet with a warm hint of hay and tobacco.

Tonka bean absolute is a wonderful scent fixer for natural perfumes that blends with many other fragrances, making them sound noble. It is not for nothing that it can be found in famous perfumes. True fragrance connoisseurs will appreciate this absolute.

With the help of tonka bean absolute, aromatic compositions can be sweetened without a floral hint and add a warm note to the base of chypre, fougère, cut grass, as well as amber or lavender. Tonka bean absolute contains up to 90% coumarin, valued in perfumery, which is responsible for the sweet vanilla-like aroma and without which the production of many perfumes is impossible. Therefore, its natural source is extremely valuable.

Usage:
✓ for skin and hair care – mix 2-3 drops of absolute with 10-15 g of base (e.g. base oil – almond, jojoba, etc.)
✓ for natural perfumes – mix up to 10 drops of absolute in 10 ml of aromatic composition
✓ can be vaporized together with other essential oils in an essential oil vaporizer or aroma lamps, not suitable for nebulizers.

Contraindications: do not use in case of individual intolerance. Do not use pure absolute for skin care. Before use, it is necessary to check whether the absolute inhaled or applied to the skin will not cause an individual allergic reaction!
