Face and body masks
Mix 3 teaspoons of clay and 2 teaspoons of water until a fairly dense paste is obtained. Apply on skin and leave for 10-15 minutes. Do not allow to dry completely. Then rinse with warm water.
You can use herbal tea or hydrolates instead of water. The mask can be enriched with 4-7 drops of carrier or 1-2 drops of essential oil. For dry skin it is useful to mix white clay with a few drops of natural oil, such as sweet almonds, apricot kernels.
If you use décolleté masks, add a few drops of argan oil to the clay with water. Leave the mask on the skin for about 20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water. Do this procedure at least 2-4 times a week.
Pour half a cup of clay into a warm water bath. Immerse the body in the bath for about 20 minutes. When finished, wash the clay off the body under running water.
Mix the clay with water until it becomes a paste. Apply the paste on the hair and scalp and massage well for a few minutes. Then rinse your hair with water. This procedure protects the hair from oiliness, strengthens the hair follicles.
